UMKC Law Student Looking for a Roommate
Seeking a new roommate to share a 2bed/2bath apartment near UMKC Law School. Third floor corner apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Plaza, 5 minute walk to UMKC Law School, located on bus line (the Max) that can take you to the Plaza and directly downtown. Outdoor swimming pool and coin-operated laundry room located within complex. Plenty of street parking or off-street parking available at additional cost.
The bedroom that is available is the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom inside the room. There are two large closets inside the master bedroom, one with floor to ceiling mirrors.
Monthly rent is $770 ($385 per person), includes only water and garbage. Roommates will split electric, gas and cable/wireless bills. Landlord requires $200 security deposit that will be returned at the end of the one year lease. And the rent application fee is $25. Co-signer required for all students.
Prefer females. Move-in date is August 1, 2008, and the lease is for one year. No pets. No smoking. No drugs.
