Dana K. Apple Dana Apple graduated with honors from Southwest Missouri State University in 1978 (B.S., Sociology) and the University of Kansas in 1986 (M.S., Sociology) and 1988 (J.D.). Ms. Apple practices labor and animal law in the Kansas City and Warrensburg areas. In addition to serving as Adjunct Professor of Animal Law, Ms. Apple is Chair of the Missouri Bar Association Animal Law Committee.
