Jane Kloeckner
Jane Kloeckner is a Senior Assistant Regional Counsel for the US Environmental
Protection Agency, Region VII in Kansas City. Her cases at EPA include enforcement under
the Clean Water Act, Superfund and hazardous waste regulation. She is the Regional
expert on Federal Indian Law matters. Ms. Kloeckner assists Region 7 in training federal,
state and tribal employees on Federal Indian Law. She started work at EPA in 1987 and has
received many honors including the Agency’s highest service awards, gold, silver and two bronze medals.
Prior to coming to EPA, she was a practicing civil engineer in St. Louis. Ms. Kloeckner has been a member
of the Missouri Bar since 1985. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the
University of Missouri-Rolla in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 1985.
She is presently completing an LLM at the Kansas City School of Law, University of Missouri. |
