What was I supposed to learn from that tour of the disciplinary counsel website?

·        That it exists

·        That there are four forms of attorney sanction: admonition, reprimand, suspension, and discipline

·        That while there are plenty of attorneys who violate rules, not all violations are prosecuted under the discipline system and that violations that harm clients or involve dishonesty appear to get top priority.

·        That the two most common bases for complaint involve communication and diligence

·        That there are alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available for client complaints

And that quiz…what was I supposed to learn from that?

·        That rules of professional conduct are not intuitive

·        That what many attorneys do is not necessarily permissible under the rules

·        That working collaboratively improves decision-making
