Our Mission
The
UMKC Child and Family Services Clinic assists the
State of Missouri
in fulfilling its responsibility to children in foster care. The clinic provides legal assistance to the
state in actions on behalf of these children and trains the next generation of Missouri lawyers to
appreciate and competently meet their responsibilities as attorneys appointed
in these cases.
